CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and 20% charge of scheduled services This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients.
